Returns and Refunds

A.1 Return Window

·        Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery

·        Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

·        Tags must be attached to the Product

·        No returns accepted after 7 days

A.2 Return Conditions

Products are returnable only if:

·        Not worn, washed, or damaged by the customer

·        In original packaging with all tags attached

·        No signs of use or alterations

·        Marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" items excluded

A.3 Return Process

1.      Initiate return request through your account or contact us

2.     Provide order number and reason for return

3.      Receive return shipping instructions

4.     Ship item back to us (prepaid label provided for eligible returns)

5.      Item inspected upon receipt

6.     Refund processed within 5-7 business days

A.4 Return Shipping

·        Return shipping is free for defective items

·        Customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns (unless promotional return)

·        We provide prepaid return labels for defective products

·        Items not received within return window may be charged back

A.5 Refund Policy

·        Refunds are processed and credited to the original payment method

·        Processing time: 5-7 business days after return acceptance

·        Refund amount excludes original shipping (non-refundable)

·        Return shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective items)

·        No refunds for final sale or clearance items

A.6 Exchanges

·        Size/color exchanges are available within 5 days

·        Exchange items must meet same conditions as returns

·        Shipping for exchanges must be borne by customer

·        Exchange processing time: 7-14 business days

A.7 Defective Products

·        Defects must be reported within 3 days of delivery

·        We will replace or refund defective items at no cost

·        Return shipping provided for defective products

·        Quality disputes will be investigated by our team
