·        After failed delivery, packages return to our warehouse

6.4 Lost or Damaged Shipments

·        Report issues within 48 hours of attempted delivery

·        We will investigate and either replace or refund items

·        Insurance coverage applies to select orders

·        StreetKarrma will work with carriers to resolve disputes

6.5 Non-Delivery Claims

·        Claims must be filed within 7 days of expected delivery

·        We require tracking confirmation and carrier investigation

·        Once investigated, we will replace or refund the order

·        Repeat non-delivery issues will be addressed with carriers


7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 Return Window

·        Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery

·        Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

·        Tags must be attached to the Product

·        No returns accepted after 7 days

7.2 Return Conditions

Products are returnable only if:

·        Not worn, washed, or damaged by the customer

·        In original packaging with all tags attached

·        No signs of use or alterations

·        Marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" items excluded

7.3 Return Process

1.      Initiate return request through your account or contact us

2.     Provide order number and reason for return

3.      Receive return shipping instructions

4.     Ship item back to us (prepaid label provided for eligible returns)

5.      Item inspected upon receipt

6.     Refund processed within 5-7 business days

7.4 Return Shipping

·        Return shipping is free for defective items

·        Customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns (unless promotional return)

·        We provide prepaid return labels for defective products

·        Items not received within return window may be charged back

7.5 Refund Policy
