B.3 Delivery Address

·        You are responsible for providing accurate delivery address

·        StreetKarrma is not liable for delivery failures due to incomplete/incorrect addresses

·        Delivery attempts are typically made once

·        After failed delivery, packages return to our warehouse

B.4 Lost or Damaged Shipments

·        Report issues within 48 hours of attempted delivery

·        We will investigate and either replace or refund items

·        Insurance coverage applies to select orders

·        StreetKarrma will work with carriers to resolve disputes

B.5 Non-Delivery Claims

·        Claims must be filed within 7 days of expected delivery

·        We require tracking confirmation and carrier investigation

·        Once investigated, we will replace or refund the order

·        Repeat non-delivery issues will be addressed with carriers
